The destiny of Wonders of the Ancient World

If you pay attention to what happened to all monuments and wonders of the world, it is possible to notice that the fate was rather ill destroying them and even damaging their rests.

There are a lot of cities that were lost in the hills and sand of the Middle East, India and China. All these countries keep the traces of the cities that almost disappeared. Some cities even lost their names not to mention their streets and temples.

Every year brings the information about the new discoveries of archaeologists that as a rule have tragic news. The wall decorations and pictures tell about the Temples and the Palaces that will never be seen by humanity. For example, the statue of Buddha found in Asia told about the great number of Temples that are lost for eternity. Numerous statues and sculptures were lost in times.

If to count all monuments of the Ancient World it will result that there will be hardly one of hundred monuments that survived and came to our days.

Fortunately it never stopped people from building new monuments and the new attempts to create the masterpiece that will impress other people. And a few monuments that survived and came to our days give the elementary information on the culture of the East. They give us the possibility to be proud of the great artists of the past that were creating their masterpieces in India, Japan, Syria, Burmah, Ethiopia.
