More than 90 million people participated in choosing Seven Wonders of the World with the help of internet voting. And the results were presented in Lisbon.

And the new Wonders of the World became the Roman Coliseum, The Great China Wall, Taj-Mahal in India, the city carved in the city of Petra in Jordan, the statue of Christ in Rio-de-Janeiro, the city of Indians Machu Picchu in Peru and the pyramid of Maya in Mexico.

And the new list is destined to substitute the previous list created more than two thousand years ago. The show of the result's presenting was held on the big stadium that receives the football matches. And famous people from all parts of the world took part in the show. And these famous people were Cristiano Ronaldo, Armstrong, the former director of UNESCO, Jennifer Lopez and many other movie stars. The broadcast was held in different countries of the world and the money gathered from this show will be spent on the reconstruction of the Buddha statue in Afghanistan.
